A happy package is a whole package. Therefore, if you want to increase the safety of delivered goods and simultaneously support the recognition of your brand, use a printed self-adhesive tape. In the eyes of customers, the tape helps to quickly distinguish your company's package from others, and creates a consistent visual identity. The printed self-adhesive tape can effectively replace expensive carton prints, protect the weakest connection points of the package from rain, snow, moisture and sun, as well as shorten package creation time.

Printed tapes are useful in many industries – from online shops through editorial offices and publishing houses to warehouses, logistics centres and removal companies. Strong adhesive Hot Melt adheres well to objects and does not detach from their surface.

The tape does not only identify your company – it may also have a form of warning to handle the goods in a special way. "Fragile", "Glass. Be careful", "Don't throw" are just a few examples. You can create your own version of warning.

The flexographic printing used for printing on tape is a technique that allows the ink to soak into the substrate. To create an imprint you can use from 1 to 3 Pantone colours. Flexographic printing is currently one of the fastest growing technologies for printing on films. It ensures performance precision and saturated colours.

The tape file should be prepared with 2mm bleeds on each side. If there is a uniform background on the edge of the tape, it will be printed to the edges of the tape, but if there are single elements, it must be offset from the edges. This is due to printing technology, where three strips of tape are printed together and it could happen that a piece of graphics that reaches the top edge of the tape could appear at the bottom of the other one after cutting. If such elements appear in projects, we modify the graphics before printing and send the final file for your approval.

Prepare the graphics for the tape as a repetitive module. When placing an order for up to 180 rolls of tape, prepare graphics in 188.5 mm, 219.8 mm, 251.2 mm, 314 mm and 395.6 mm sizes. For quantities of 360 rolls or more, use module sizes of 250 mm, 280 mm, 300 mm, 340 mm or 420 mm. Please note that in the case of graphic designs that assume the use of a coloured background, for technological reasons, a white or transparent (depending on the selected glue colour) 1.5 mm thick vertical line will appear at the end of each module. You need to think about including this element in your project.
