Use the creator in bags and backpacks

Meet the creator - a tool in which you can intuitively design an imprint on the chosen gadget.

Creator is a tool that will allow you to design your product from start to finish. You will find it under the "Work with files" tab - the place where you usually add files for printing.

Creating a design in the wizard is simple and intuitive. From the instructions we have prepared for you, you will learn how to create a product visually in just a few easy steps, without having to use expensive and complicated graphic programs.

Before you start designing

1. Choose the product you are interested in, select the product parameters in the selector, specify the print run and click the button ORDER.

2. Once selected ORDER the system will automatically take you to the order details, where you will see the tab Working with files. This is where you can upload or create a design for your product. You have two options to choose from: Adding files, where you upload a previously prepared design, or Create your own design – this is the creator where you can design from scratch what your order is about.

Working in the creator

You are in a tab Create your own project? Congratulations! This is where you will find the creator where you can design your chosen product step by step. In this section, you will see a grid on which you can place elements such as text, an image, a shape or a QR code. Where to start?

1. Add text

In the creator on the left there is a menu - when you click on the icon „A”, two functions will develop: Text and Format Text.

By accessing the Text, a text box will appear on the product grid - enter the content you want to appear on your design there, and then place the text on the correct wall on the grid (hover the mouse over the text, hold down the left mouse button and while still holding it down, move the text to the right place). Once you have added the text box, an easy-to-use text editor will appear above your design.

In the editor you can change the following text parameters: font type, font style, font size, font colour, bold, italic, underline, leading, character spacing, border colour, transparency, alignment, shadowing, as well as text borders.

2. Add image

On the left side in the menu there is also an icon "image” – click here if you want to add a graphic to your project. Once uploaded, the graphic will be stored in the creator's library and can also be used in other product designs if required.

The image you want to include in your project is selected directly from the disk - drag the image from a folder or desktop to the field indicated in the creator, or select the image you are interested in from the drop-down list. After uploading the file, the image will appear on the product grid - you can move it in a similar way to the text on the grid (move the mouse over the image, hold down the left mouse button and, still holding it down, move the graphic to the right place).

Want to rotate an uploaded graphic? It's easy, press and hold the left mouse button and rotate the image in any direction. Once you have uploaded and added your own graphic to the project, an editor will appear above the grid where you can edit the image (brightness, contrast, hue, saturation, effect), add a border (colour and thickness can be edited), change transparency, alignment and placement.

3. Add shape

You will also find a "square" icon on the left in the menu - click there if you want to add a shape to your design. You can choose between line, rectangle and ellipse.

Select the shape you are interested in - when you click on your choice, the shape will appear on the product grid. You can move it in the same way as text and graphics on the grid (move the mouse over the shape, hold down the left mouse button and while still holding it down, move the shape to the right place).

Once you have selected and added a shape to your design, you can edit it - you can choose from features such as fill colour, changing border colour and thickness, transparency, alignment and placement.

4. Add a barcode or QR code

On the left side in the menu there is also an icon representing "several squares” – click there if you want to add a barcode or QR code to your project.

Select the code you are interested in from the drop-down list. If you do not need the code on the product, skip this section in the menu.

When selecting a barcode, select the type of code and enter its number, then click Insert – The code will appear on the product grid. You can move it in the same way as text and graphics on the grid (hover the mouse over the shape, hold down the left mouse button and while still holding it down move the shape to the right place).

Adding QR code indicate where it should lead - you have a choice of sections Business card, where you can enter your contact details, Link, in which you can include a link to a page or product and Phone, where you can enter a contact telephone number. Once you have completed the section you are interested in, click on the button Put – the code will appear on the product grid. You can move it in the same way as text and graphics on the grid (hover the mouse over the shape, hold down the left mouse button and while still holding it down move the shape to the right place).

5. Preview and save the project

You can save the resulting project at any time. Save the project at various stages, even when it is not yet finished, to ensure that your work is not lost.

If you want to send the product design to someone else for approval, then disable the security lines in the bottom right menu, select the area with the product and take a screenshot.

If your project is complete, click the green button Save and send it for verification - you will find it under the design grid, under the visualisation of the emerging product.

After clicking on Save and submit for verification, a window will appear where the project will be processed for a while. If everything is in order and no messages appear that suggest a change to the project, you can click on the final buttonAccept the project. If the system has suggested changes or you still want to change something yourself, even though the file has been accepted, click on the button Reject (this can be found under the green Accept project button).

If the project contains errors, a list of errors will be generated in the window by clicking on the Save and send for verification and automatic design checks. Read error messages and resolve problems by clicking on the Reject orReturn to upload the correction files (visible above the error message) and return to edit the project to make corrections.

After clicking on the Reject, the system will automatically take you to the working section in the wizard, where you can further edit your project. If corrections have been made, it remains to resubmit your project for review (button Save and send for verification) and if everything is in order, final approval of the project with the Accept the project.

If you have made it to this point, congratulations! It's likely that your dream product is already a reality. And if you have more questions about how the wizard works, please contact our Customer Service Team.
