This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for the collection, processing and use of personal data collected by the website

The owner and administrator of the personal data is the print shop Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Piła at Wypoczynkowej 13 street, entered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, IX Economic Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS: 0000388587, TIN: 7642657656, REGON: 301763972, contributed share capital 1 050 000 Pln.

What data we collect?

During the process of creating an account on the portal we will ask you first of all for your e-mail address and password, which you will use while logging in. At the next stage of ordering, you will also be asked to provide us with the data necessary to carry out your orders, i.e. name, surname, shipping address, telephone number, billing data.

Rights of a Customer

Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary, but it is a necessary condition to create a user account and to enable placing orders.

In the case of consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, its expression is completely voluntary, but it is worth remembering that without it, we will not be able to provide you with discount codes as part of promotional campaigns!

The Client has the right to access the content of personal data and to rectify, delete, limit the processing, as well as the right to object, demand the cessation of processing and transfer of data, as well as the right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

How do we use Your data?

We use the personal data provided by you for the purpose of the sales contract, i.e. for the execution of orders placed by the Customer. For the same purpose, the personal data provided may be transferred to subcontractors - printers, payment transaction operators and entities providing postal, courier, financial (including factoring), accounting and sales support services.

Processing data within that scope, takes place based on the art. T par. 1 letter b) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EC) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing the Directive 95/46/WE (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as: GDPR) – as processing shall be necessary for the performance of the contract to which the data subject is the Customer.

The processing of your data for marketing purposes will only take place if you consent to such activities during the registration process or later. On the basis of this consent, among other things, newsletters and information about current promotions, discounts and contests organized by the administrator may be provided. The data, in respect of which consent has been given for their processing for marketing purposes, may be transferred to third parties, which as subcontractors provide marketing services to the Administrator. For clarification purposes, this data will not be sold or passed on to third parties for the purpose of their own marketing activities, but only to cooperating entities that support us in our marketing activities, for example by sending promotional offers.

In the above case, the basis for processing of data is the art. 6 par. 1 letter a) GDPR – so the given consent.

The period of data storage is the period of having an active user account. In case of its deletion, we will delete all data provided by you from our databases.

We use the data provided by you in your correspondence only to answer your questions - this data is not collected by us.

Commercial information will only be transmitted electronically (e-mail) if you have agreed to receive it in this form. At any time you can opt out of this option on the "My account" subpage by clicking on the "My data" tab.

Data collected automatically

Automatically collected data (so-called cookies) can be used to personalize the content of our sites and analyze the behavior of users, however, in this respect, no data are processed that allow to identify the Client. This data is used by Google Analytics to customize our website and is stored for 50 months.

During each visit to our portal we automatically collect data about your visit, including: IP address, domain name, operating system type, etc. We also automatically collect data contained in cookie text files that identify your browser when you use our site. This data is used in a structure separated from any other data and we do not have the possibility to connect it e.g. with a user account, but it allows us to personalize pages and offers. At any time, you can block the installation of cookies or delete previous ones by using the appropriate options of your web browser.

Protection of data

We provide our customers with full security while making purchases on our portal, with particular emphasis on the right to privacy protection. To this end, we collect only the minimum necessary information needed to complete orders.

The transmission of information about your personal data you provide on our sites takes place between our server and your computer using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Our system administrators regularly check and improve the security features we use.

However, the actions we have taken may not be sufficient if you do not maintain the safety rules yourself. In particular, you must keep your login and password to the portal confidential and not share them with third parties. In order to prevent the use of your account by unauthorized persons, please log out after you finish using the portal. If you do not do so, the portal will do it automatically after 15 minutes.

Public personal data

Personal data provided by the Users at the time of sending comments and product opinions are available to everyone using the portal and are not protected.

The portal may periodically include links to other sites. Such sites operate independently of the portal and are not controlled by us in any way. These sites may have their own privacy policies, which we recommend you read because we are not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites.
